Terms and privacy
Last updated 31 October 2026
Draft for review before launch. Business name, legal entity, governing law and refund terms are still to be confirmed.
1. The service
WhiteLabel Kit Builder ("we") provides a club kit designer you can add to your website ("the service"). Clubs use it to design kit and send quote requests to you. You are responsible for pricing, producing and supplying any kit you sell.
2. Your account and plan
- You pay monthly or yearly in advance by card through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can update your card, change between monthly and yearly, or cancel in the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the service runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a payment fails, the designer switches off on your website until payment goes through.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email before your next renewal.
3. Using the service
- Use the designer only on the websites listed on your account.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the designer or its designs.
- Designs are shown as illustrations. Final colours and artwork are confirmed between you and your customer before production.
- Clubs keep the rights to their own logos. You must have their permission to produce any logo they upload.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not liable for lost sales or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
5. Privacy
- Your details: we store your business name, contact details, websites and plan to run your account, and send you service emails. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
- Clubs' quote requests: names, contact details, designs and logo files that clubs send are stored so we can deliver them to you and show them in your dashboard. You are responsible for how you use them after that.
- Where data is kept: our service providers include Airtable (records), Make (automation), Microsoft 365 (email), Stripe (payments) and Hostinger (website hosting). Some may store data outside your country.
- On the club's device: the designer saves the club's kit in the browser so they can come back to it. It does not use advertising cookies.
- Your rights: email us to see, correct or delete your data. We delete account data within 90 days of a closed account unless the law requires us to keep it.
